A stagflationary environment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Against a backdrop of persistent inflation, rising geopolitical tensions and sluggish growth, bond markets have regained their appeal thanks to attractive carry. After forty years of tightening, interest rates have risen sharply over the last two years, driven by central banks’ efforts to combat inflation. At the same time, credit spreads have widened as our economies have slowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duration, credit risk, sector and geographical allocation are all parameters on which bond investment can vary.
